Designing Modular Trade Show Booth for Bausch + Lomb

The Background:

•  Founded in 1853, Bausch + Lomb is an eye health products company based in Laval, Quebec, Canada
•  Bausch + Lomb is one of the world's largest suppliers of contact lenses, lens care products, pharmaceuticals, intraocular lenses, and other eye surgery products.
• They participate in numerous small and big medical conferences in India every year
• Target audience: Doctors, Vendors, Distributor.

The Challenges:

•  The conferences were targeted towards different cities in India, i.e. Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Indore, Gurugram and hence they were looking for portable and modular kits, which could be reconfigured in small space
•  Height variability with maximum 2 number of machine display were of top most concern
•  Last but not the least, they wanted the booth design to be unique yet conducive. The idea behind it all was that the booth must enable them display their varied product line better. Therefore, we designed the booth wherein there were designated spaces inside the booth according to different product line.

Our Solution:

•   After discussing and brain storming a few ideal solutions, we finalized upon both our new age modular setup, Luminy & Creeya. We designed them a portable – modular booth to match the requirements for Bausch + Lomb
•  With our solution, they were able to achieve consistency in branding and display for all their Conferences
•  Our solution was the best fit for their need of both modular yet sleek and stylish booth
•  We provided them with modular solution that could be re-configured in different sizes to cater to their need for different conferences.

The Result:

•   Provided Bausch + Lomb with a modular solution booth wherein they re-configured it to 7 different sizes for different conference in different locations
• We bagged the yearly exhibition for Bausch + Lomb for the year 2015 -16
• We also provided them our solution both on Rent and sold the Luminy & Creeya set up for 2018 & 2019 for conducting their shows in India
•  Our strong partnership over the years have increased and we look after all their Conferences and shows needs in India.
