Event Design

Planning and Site Recce
Once you fix an event calendar and venues for the roadshows, we start planning for various execution activities. This includes important milestones such as site recce, design adaptation, graphic approval, and production.
Manufacturing
We engineer and produce complete event infrastructure as per the final design at our state-of-the-art facilities either in Manesar (Delhi NCR) or Vasai (Mumbai), depending upon the location of your event.
Printing
Once we receive graphic briefings and inputs from your marketing team, our designers adapt them to the event design. These are then shared with you for a final approval before going for printing. We use high-quality fabric or vinyl printing at our own print production unit. This ensures the colors and print formats follow your brand guidelines to the tee.
Project Management
We provide a dedicated project manager to our customers. She ensures all the activities during the course of planning and execution are followed to the quality and delivery standards agreed with the customer. This includes communication with the venue and the marketing team.
Event Logistics
